About this apartment rental
Stunning remodel and stunning views, it just doesn’t get much better than this! Enjoy amazing views of Daufuskie Island and the Calibogue Sound from this 4 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront Sound Villa. This gorgeous villa has craftsman style trim and wainscoting, stainless-steel appliances including a keurig and drip coffeemaker, and Quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash. Upon entering, step down and you will find a cozy living area and a bedroom with king bedding. Both can access the private patio. The laundry area has a beverage cooler and a full bath which completes this level. On the second level your eyes will be immediately drawn to the spectacular views! The living area is highlighted by the redesigned fireplace surround adorned in Turkish Travertine tile. The Living area is open to the dining area which has seating for 10 and is open to the kitchen. There is a full bath off the kitchen as well as a King bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. The master suite is outfitted with king bedding and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. Beach Towels are provided for every stay!
Located just a short walk to the South Beach Marina activities, shops, and restaurants. Direct beach access from the back door and an on-site pool. This villa's location is hard to beat!

Couldn’t ask for any better! Wow, this home had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for. There were ample beach and bath towels, kitchen was extremely well stocked and we were so very grateful to have paper towel and brand new kitchen towels (always something that other places we’ve stayed don’t have so we have to make another trip to the store). Bathrooms all had the important toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion).The place was beautifully decorated and very comfortable inside and out. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing a number of deer feeding up close as well as the dolphins in the ocean. We also loved being steps from the beach, and south beach marina with pickleball courts, tennis and salty dog cafe. Also, the credit to choose additional items for beach and/or bikes was very much appreciated. We rented bikes with the credit and loved our time riding around the island. We hope to be back again. Thank you for your attention to details.

Great location - right on the water, walking distance to Salty Dog Cafe. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We had 7 adults stay at this location. There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was well stocked, and the location was fantastic. Just a 30 second walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay!
