This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $X.
Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.
If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.
Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

This property is amazing in so many ways. The home is nicely furnished and has just about every kitchen item you could need. It was impeccably cleaned. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to Tower Beach and the Salty Dog restaurant, shops and trolley stop. The Dwell staff was easy to communicate with and as accommodating as they could be. A few things to note: the layout is not as described, there is not. A bedroom with 5 twins, it has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Also, the pool is in direct sun and the water gets very hot in the summer. So not exactly refreshing, although the pool area is beautiful and private. Finally, as others have noted, the porch furniture is quite lacking. The house has a beautiful deck but only two crumbling rockers and a picnic table. The grill was not working properly as well and is I need of repair. The dryer was also malfunctioning and was extremely loud. We were told this wold e fixed but it was not. A handyman came out to check the grill and confirm it was broken, but no repairs were made.

Overall great! Kitchen was mostly fully stocked with essential cooking gear. You don’t need to bring anything except food, spices, etc. Pool is perfect, and the garage contained a ton of beach and pool toys. There is also a lot of board games provided, which is great for all the surprise thunderstorms on the island.The upstairs cooling system is broken as far as we could tell - completely unresponsive to thermostat changes, it just always stayed chilly 65.

Beautiful Home, on the Marsh peaceful, beautiful wildlife, walking distance to Salty Dog! well stocked kitchen, not enough space to put up dry goods had to leave on island/counters
Would have given 5 stars but had HVAC Trouble and it took several calls to get resolved, black mold was noted on one of the air vents during time HVAC not working. Which was reported. Vacasa rep was helpful, awaiting to hear if we obtained any compensation she was going to ask her manager for that issue as several in our family got sick during stay.
