About this house rental
3 Belted Kingfisher is a beautiful Sea Pines home with a private pool just steps away from the beach. This stunning four bedroom, four bathroom home can sleep up to thirteen guests. It is located sixth row ocean and takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The beach path is conveniently located right next to the home.
Another perk? This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your four legged BFF.
The newly built sundeck & L shaped pool with a fun sun-shelf is the perfect spot to relax. With chaise loungers sprinkled around the pool, you will find yourself in your own slice of paradise. The pool also offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October (weather dependent).
The open concept kitchen is updated with a large island, granite countertops, a beverage cooler and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to entertain and dine at home. This home is also outfitted with a gas grill, washer & dryer, and wireless internet.
The first of two living areas is just off the kitchen. There is a 50” flat screen television mounted to the wall and plenty of seating for the crew! The second living room overlooks the pool. There is a 60” flat screen television in this Carolina room plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The master bedroom has a king bed and 40” flat screen television. The private master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, soaking tub and a double vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and a 32” flat screen television. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a twin bed & a queen bed plus a 32” flat screen television. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is a perfect spot for the kiddos! It has a pyramid bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on the top) plus twin pull-down murphy bed. There is a 32” flat screen and access to a porch from this bedroom. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

• Pool Info: Private L Shaped Pool with Sun Shelf. One side is 22 feet by 9 1/2 feet - with the sun shelf being six feet of that. The other side is 29 feet by 9 feet. The depth runs from 3 feet to 5 feet deep. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call/email us at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.
• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

the house is laid out very nicely . Open and spacious. Found the house to be well stocked with kitchen items . Bedrooms all have a bathroom . Very handy . The pool area is laid out very well and is a couple of steps to the beach path . The pool was to in working order during our stay , bummer there . Close to South Beach always fun ! The only issue is the driveway . It’s configured in a pie shape . Made anything more than 2 cars a big problem . Also backing out was a struggle .

3 Belted Kingfisher is a great place to stay. It's close to the beach and Salty Dog cafe. The house is super nice. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and is newly renovated. It's clear the owners take pride in their property. I highly recommend it adn Coastal Villa was great to deal with.

We arrived for check-in at 4:00pm, and the cleaning crew was still finishing up and someone showed up to fix the front door keypad. We traveled a long distance with a baby, and we were sitting in our car for about 20 minutes waiting for everyone to finish up before being able to go inside. During our stay, we encountered a few things about the rental that were disappointing: one of the exterior doors to a bedroom would not lock, the front door keypad stopped working while we were at the beach, lights in certain rooms did not work, and the pool had several issues (leaking and not heated appropriately due to water getting added). There were contractors in and out during our stay attempting to rectify the issue with the pool. We located the leak for the pool and notified the property management company. The point of contact we spoke with was very responsive, professional, and apologetic. We spoke briefly about our disappointment with the issue, and he promised he would ask about partial compensation for our stay, but he never followed through. We certainly appreciated the responsiveness to our issues, but we were overall underwhelmed with the quality of the rental for the price, even in the off-season.
