This charming 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with lots of coastal decorations is just steps to the beach and the South Beach Marina Village.
As you enter this villa the first bedroom is off to the right offering a queen bed, accent chair and 13” TV. The bathroom is located in the hall with a single vanity and walk-in shower. To the left of the entrance is the galley style kitchen with bright colored countertops and a window cut-out to see through to the dining room. The dining room has a glass oval table with gray cushioned seats that seat 7. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in porch with a patio love seat, two chairs and a small round table with an additional two chairs. The living room has a sofa, love seat, accent chair, small desk and Roku TV. There is another set of sliding glass doors from this room that leads to the outdoor deck where you will find a Weber gas grill and two lounge chairs.
The second floor offers two more bedrooms plus a bonus room; the bonus room is to the left which can be used as a cute kid’s room with 2 twin beds with coral bedspreads and 27" TV. To the right is a bedroom with two twin beds, an accent chair and 32” TV. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king bed, accent chair and 32" TV. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the outside deck overlooking the back yard. Four chairs and a small table are available to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The en-suite bath has a double vanity with a chair in the middle to sit and do your hair or make-up and a tub/shower combo.
The beach path is just off the bottom deck, the large community pool is located close by. Bike trails are located at the front of the complex where you can jump on and pedal your way around the beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. South Beach Marina is located across the street where you will find shopping, dining, entertainment, water sports, boat charters, fishing excursions and so much more.

There are a couple of obvious minuses for this property: it is due for some renovation and there is no view of the water. We still had a great time here. Really easy beach access - we walked over after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner. The beach was beautiful with dolphins close to shore! The beds and furnishings were comfortable and functional and the location was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog too.

Property is in great location. Walk to south beach and salty dog. Very clean and comfortable. May be a little dated but it does not detract from the overall experience. No issues at all and highly recommend
