About this house rental
A Peace of Paradise is a spacious oceanfront home designed for relaxed group stays, offering five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two additional powder rooms. With room for up to 13 guests, this 2,800 square foot property comfortably accommodates extended families or two families traveling together, while still allowing space to spread out.
From the back of the house, a private boardwalk leads directly over the dunes to the beach, with only the dunes and a large private pool separating you from the shoreline. The pool may be heated for an additional fee, with heating added in advance and available seasonally. Multiple decks and porches provide inviting outdoor spaces, including a second-story balcony overlooking the Atlantic and a shaded ground-level porch ideal for quiet mornings or evening conversations.
Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each furnished with comfortable seating, TVs, and games, making it easy for groups to gather or enjoy downtime separately. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample storage. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the breakfast bar and outdoor dining area.
Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom, offering privacy throughout the home. The primary suite features a Jacuzzi tub with a unique one-way mirror designed to capture ocean views. Additional amenities include a second Jacuzzi, washer and dryer, and well-planned indoor and outdoor living areas. This home is not pet-friendly.

We had a great stay. The house was a great size. The pool was really nice. We really appreciated all the beach items available to use (chairs, tents etc), that was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive. The view was amazing and the beach was never crowded. Quiet neighborhood. We visited a lot of local restaurants and St. Augustine. We plan on returning to this house! Only suggestion is to add a grill.

Our recent stay at this beautiful VRBO rental on St. Augustine beach exceeded all our expectations. With a group of 10 adults, we celebrated the week of July 4th in comfort and style. The house offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout, accommodating everyone with ease.The highlight for many of us was the stunning pool—crystal clear, inviting, and perfect for relaxing days under the Florida sun. Just a few steps beyond the backyard, we found ourselves on the sandy shores of the Atlantic, making it effortless to enjoy morning walks by the ocean or spontaneous swims throughout the day.The location is truly ideal. Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and historic downtown St. Augustine, we had the best of both worlds: peaceful beachside living and access to vibrant city life.Inside, the house was spotless and well-equipped with every amenity we could need. The kitchen was stocked for group meals, the living areas were comfortable for gathering, and each bedroom provided a restful retreat after busy days. Little touches—like plenty of towels, beach gear, and reliable Wi-Fi—made our stay even more enjoyable.In short, this property was the perfect home base for our holiday. We’re already dreaming of coming back, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable group getaway by the sea. Five stars!

The place was really nice except there was definintely a bug issue throughout the house. I did call them to let them know that we were getting ready to check out and let them know about the bug issue. They stated next time to call them immediately and the would send someone out to spray the house. I do know that they were sending someone over that day to spray the house.
