The house was perfect for our family of 12 with ages ranging from 21-72 plus our small dog. It is an easy walk to the beach and lots of beach chairs for everyone. We also had a few 4X4 wheel vehicles so would just load up with all the chairs and coolers and drive and park close to the beach access so people could easily walk to and from the house when people wanted to come and go. The location was quiet but a quick drive to grocery, putt putt, and downtown St Augustine for all the entertainment there. The owner was very responsive with any questions or issues that came up during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay at the property for our next family vacation.

Stay was very nice. Had some technical issues with the speaker system which caused it to be unusable, garage door was not reliably working, and pool had to be looked at in order to get heater to work. Otherwise, the house was very nice!

The property is extremely well equipped for large groups. Proximity to beach access is fantastic! The pool was nicely heated. Our family had a great time.

We really enjoyed our time here as a large group of 10+. The beds were so so comfortable (unusual for a VRBO) we all commented on it all weekend. We slept like babies. The AC was perfect, no weird smells and everything felt super clean.
The kitchen was well provisioned to cook in and previous families had left some good basic ingredients. Location to the beach was totally walkable without stuff in your hands, and theres free parking right down the road if you have lots of beach supplies. The place also came with LOTS of beach equipment for kids (or childish adults like us)
The hosts were so communicative and helpful, we really loved our stay. Highly recommend!
