Step inside to discover a brand new home, with every design choice meticulously chosen with you in mind. The interior boasts high-end finishes and modern amenities throughout. Walk into the foyer, before heading upstairs, take in the spacious downstairs flex room with many features! Seating area, mini bar, make up some cocktails and send them outside with ease by using the pass through window to the pool deck! You will also find a double queen bunk bed with curtains to add privacy for guests and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower also adorns the large downstairs area, the oh so perfect and cute pool bath!

Downstairs you will also find the 2 car garage access and an elevator or head up the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor you will find many sleeping quarters. Head on up to the third floor to find your living spaces and one additional bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to cook up the perfect meals or if all you plan to make while on vacation is a cup of coffee, no worries we have you covered with a dual drip or keurig coffee maker! You`ll want to test out all the seating options - bar stools, breakfast nook, formal dining table, couches and chairs galore. Then head outside to the 3rd floor balcony to hear the waves crashing!
Walk to the beach quickly just cross over the public beach walkover just 3 houses over from us. We have beach towels and chairs for your use

Please note that the property has an elevator, but it is not listed as an amenity and its availability is not guaranteed. If it is out of service during your stay, we may not be able to have it repaired right away, though we’re always here to help if any issues arise.

For safety, the elevator should only be used when needed and must be used with a person inside. It should not be used to transport luggage or groceries on its own.

The pool can be heated at no additional charge, available October 15th through May 15th. Please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
