We had a great time. Unit is as described. We even got to check in early which was a life saver with little ones. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal . We love Island Vista. Only suggestion would be to include beach chairs in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved out stay here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Spacious room so everyone was comfortable. Beautiful views and nice furniture on the balcony. We were told ahead of time that we wouldn't have use to luggage carts, but no big deal, we took our wagon and parked on the same floor as our room. No elevator necessary. The garage is a little tight to maneuver, but not a lot of traffic, so manageable. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay here. We normally stay at South Wind. We like South Wind much better. Island Vista was pretty but several things we didn’t care for. We had to evacuate due to fire alarms twice during the week, once within 5 minutes of arrival and once at 10:30 pm. Security guards were everywhere, even sitting poolside monitoring things which made us wonder why they had a need for security. On the last night we went down to the restaurant and there was one table of 6 seated and eating, a few people sitting outside, but an otherwise empty dining room. They wouldn’t seat us (just 2 people) because we didn’t have a reservation. The room was nice but there were some issues with it. The primary bath caulking was mildewed, there was a cracked panel on the door to the bedroom, the sink in the kitchen wasn’t mounted correctly, the LVP flooring had gaps. We still had a great time but we felt like this place was more like a hotel than a resort. Parking and the condos at South Wind just seem to be a better fit for us. It was nice to try something new but we now know we like predictability. Booking and check in/out with LBR was great as usual. It was just our property choice we were disappointed with.
