Fantastic condo for families with kids. Easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has everything if you want to make meals in. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was not cleaned. Dirty laundry in master bedroom closet. Quilts on beds were dirty. Both furnace closets were Gross. Food all over floor under almost every cushion. They did send in a cleaning service to clean within hours.
This is not a Penthouse. This Condo is on the 12th floor. Penthouse is Above this unit.
