This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers over 2,700 sq. ft. of light filled comfort just minutes from the beach, golf, and all the fun that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The house was designed with togetherness in mind, the expansive living room and open kitchen are on the top floor, creating a warm, airy gathering space surrounded by windows and neighborhood views.

You’ll love:
Two bedrooms on the first floor, great for guests who’d rather avoid stairs.
Expansive top-floor living area with vaulted ceilings and natural light from every direction.
Sip your morning coffee or evening drink on one of two screened-in porches — a cozy retreat off the master bedroom and a breezy perch off the top-floor living room with views of the neighborhood and sunsets.
