We loved this condo and will definitely stay again.Pros. First level spacious condo that took only minutes to get to the beach. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had lot of necessities for us to make most meals at the condo. A few items could be upgraded as they seemed older. Can opener didn't work great. Skillets had some scratches.Bedrooms were spacious ,nice, and beds were comfortable. Closets and dressers were really nice to have. Beach chairs were a nice item to have. One umbrella is broken and needs replaced.Cons. We went during balcony construction(we were made aware ahead of time and chose to keep the reservation) and that was tough a couple of days. One day they were painting the bedroom door and we came back from being out to it standing wide open with no warning at all. We really didn't like that as we had left personal items out. We would have appreciated a heads up to expect this and we wouldn't have been so shocked.Even with those cons we loved this location as it was clean,safe,and we enjoyed the place for 4 days pretty much to ourselves.

Beach view was unobstructed. Clean condo. Pool was enjoyed by those who used it.Disappointed that the television in the living room did not allow for use of an external streaming device to access online streamng services.

It is a nice place, but attention was needed in the unit. This was our second year staying in the same condo. The coffeemaker did not work at all. The TV in living room sometimes works. (Last year it didn't work at all!). The oven is nasty. The mattress covers were dirty. Carpet needs replacing. I would recommend this property because it is a great location. It just needs attention!
