Just north of town, you're only a short walk from dining at venues like Pajano's, Lulu's Oyster Bar, and the Kooky Coconut. The beach is seconds away, with soft sand and warm waves to experience. Splash Harbour Water Park's lazy river and water slides lie just to the south. The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve offers fresh air and plenty of natural beauty to admire, with golfing and more shopping and dining awaiting further east.
Construction and Structural reconditioning is slated to begin on Aug. 4, 2025 and last several months at Casa de Playa Condo Property in Indian Rocks Beach. All balconies will encounter some type of renovation or reconditioning. Further, the pool at the complex may be closed at times.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. It had a beautiful view, very clean, and would absolutely stay again if the air conditioning issue was fixed.. The master bedroom was super hot, fan didn’t work great and the thermostat couldn’t be lower than 72.

We give it a 5 for the location and beach and a 3 for the condition and lack of cleanliness. The condo truly needs a serious cleaning plus it lacks many supplies or what it has is pretty bad. Nasty stained 2 blankets, 2 steak knives, old towels,etc,etc.... lots of dust and dead bugs...hair pin on bedroom floor? Old small TV, no DVD,etc... update!! Balcony glass is filthy...too much to list.
Lastly, we weren't told they started a large construction project literally 12' away nextdoor so for some time whoever stays here is going to be dealing with LOTS of noise.

This is by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The views are spectacular and the convenience to the beach and gulf can not be beat!

Shower road in the second bath was so rusted it was repulsive to look at and made an awful sound when drawing the curtain
Drain was not polished clean and covered in grime
Water pressure was not strong enough for a decent shower
Strange leafy residue left in tea kettle
Thermostat cannot be changed above or below 72 degrees
Not enough trash bags for the week
Tv in the second bedroom would not work under any circumstances and did not come with instructions to operate remote
No water pressure in the sink in the main bedroom bath
On the positive side…
Plenty of towels
Comfy beds
Working fans
Nice kitchen area
Beautiful view
Tile flooring which is nice
