I've stayed in this building 4 times with my Fam.. Absolutely magnificent property.. Fantastic sunsets, super convenient..
All the amenities we needed, great customer support.. We were there for sea turtle nesting season, and many nests were laid by our beach access.. My Granddaughters were thrilled. We'll be back again..

The rental was very spacious and very clean. Balcony view of the ocean is great and the balcony is large. Pool is ok. The rental was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. We didn’t need to buy anything for the whole week. Even though we ate out every day the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook also. The location for the beach is great, the beach was never crowded at all.

Shower road in the second bath was so rusted it was repulsive to look at and made an awful sound when drawing the curtain
Drain was not polished clean and covered in grime
Water pressure was not strong enough for a decent shower
Strange leafy residue left in tea kettle
Thermostat cannot be changed above or below 72 degrees
Not enough trash bags for the week
Tv in the second bedroom would not work under any circumstances and did not come with instructions to operate remote
No water pressure in the sink in the main bedroom bath
