Your only 15 minutes from downtown Clearwater and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. Tampa Bay airport is 25 minutes away while Clearwater/St. Pete airport is a short 20 minute drive. Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away and a 90 minute drive to Disney World and Universal Studios! It is a half hour drive to any of the major sporting events arena’s such as Raymond James Field, Tropicana Stadium or Times Forum.

The Vrbo condo at Pier House is divine. It’s super clean and quiet for the most part even though it is in a popular spot. The pool and hot tub were delightful as was the beach, only steps away. We saw dolphins from the balcony and gorgeous sunsets. We will go back! Our check in manager was always available via text. Excellent experience!

The property was close to the restaurants that we frequent the most! The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated! It had a very large balcony. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and free outdoor concert from across the street!!

This condo was wonderful until the AC went. Day 2 of our 7 day vacation. I highly recommend the condo but double check that the AC is working / been repaired first. We hope to return and enjoy it for a full 7 days hopefully in the next year or two! :)
