Your only 15 minutes from downtown Clearwater and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. Tampa Bay airport is 25 minutes away while Clearwater/St. Pete airport is a short 20 minute drive. Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away and a 90 minute drive to Disney World and Universal Studios! It is a half hour drive to any of the major sporting events arena’s such as Raymond James Field, Tropicana Stadium or Times Forum.

Love the place! Beautiful location! Would definitely go back!We had a bit of misinformation when we got there. As far as where to park and how to unlock the door. That part is very tricky… instructions for the door said turn counterclockwise however it’s clockwise. The information said to look for the parking space under the building, so we looked all over, only to find that it is actually outside the building. I highly recommend this place! (please note, there is NO coffee pot! Only a Keurig.) This makes it difficult when you want multiple coffees in the morning!

This is a great condo in a great location. Sitting on the lanai watching the dolphins swim by along with the beautiful sunsets makes it well worth the price. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies and dishes. Pool and hot tub were clean however the hot tub was not working when we arrived and was not fixed in the 2 weeks we were there. We found the beach chairs and toys late in our stay as they were not listed as available with the unit. They were not clean and the storage locker was gross. We definitely would stay here again. We had a great time.

Not as advertised. Broken chair. Rugs curled up. Broken folding door. No closet in master. No grab bars in shower. Was given wrong wi fi password. Balcony was dirty. Other closet was full of blankets, pillows, etc. Won' t be back.
