About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom / 2 Bath condo directly overlooking beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is located at Pier House Condos- one of the most sought after locations in IRB. You are literally within walking distance to about 7 wonderful local favorite restaurants, CVS, an ice cream shop, coffee/smoothie bar and bakery- not to mention just steps from our little slice of paradise we call Indian Rocks Beach. You won't even have to drive your car once you arrive!
This tastefully decorated executive level residence, boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, custom furnishings and beautiful 20 inch tile floors throughout (wood in the bedrooms).
The upgraded living room, dining room, and kitchen overlook Indian Rocks Beach and the beachfront pool and hot tub. There is also a huge balcony with plenty of seating to sit, relax, and enjoy a good book, or a glass of wine while watching the sunset after a long day at the beach. This condo features brand new beachy gray laminate throughout, too!
You will be able to relax in a King size bed in the master with flat screen TV, a large attached bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower plus a large walk in closet.
The guest room has a two twin sized bed with it's own flat screen TV. (Please note that these two twin beds can be converted into a king sized bed if you are traveling with two couples, just ask)! There is even a queen-sized sleeper sofa for your extended family or friends. Enjoy free WiFi throughout the condo to keep you connected to your family back home and smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
The gourmet and new kitchen is equipped with every last detail you can imagine so you can enjoy a home cooked meal, and there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar too!
For those who prefer a charcoal grill, there are two at the community for you to use so you could even grill up some steaks or the fresh catch of the day.
You will love having easy beach access, a front row seat to the sunset every night, and you will make the best memories here with your friends and family.
After a long day at the beach or enjoying the quaint town of Indian Rocks and our surrounding cities, you can sit and enjoy the wonderful geo-thermal pool and hot tub to soak the day away. The building has a secured elevator entrance, two assigned spots for this unit- one in the garage and one out front- with plenty of guest parking.

The facility does not allow parties or events.
There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
There are two assigned parking spots for this unit.
This unit sleeps 5 people total (this number includes adults, children, and and infants).
There is a 14 day notice required by Assoc. and paperwork is required!

Loved the condo and how clean it was upon check in. Pool and beach were beautiful. Enjoyed watching the sun set each night.

This beautiful condo has soooo much room! The layout is great and the views of the ocean are of course, fantastic. The condo is very updated with comfortable beds and comfy furniture too. We loved sitting on the balcony chatting and playing cards, eating lunch, etc. The kitchen is well appointed with great amounts of dishes, pots, pans, spices, etc. The location is great! Very secure and easy to walk to some restaurants, CVS and the bay side.Communication with management company- Sue and Shawna- was superb! They met and exceeded expectations. This is a five Star property for sure.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

To set the table: We have stayed at Pier House for 2 weeks over the last 5 years-- 3 of them in Unit 303. Great complex and location.
Last year the there was a problem with the "remote" fan/light in the master bedroom that didn't get resolved. This last stay it still was not resolved, and unusable. Minor thing for a clean well furnished and desirable location for the money.
This last stay was unfortunate as we got a text that the "icemaker was broken and waiting on parts but unavailable due to Covid. There's a bag of ice in it for you." Actually, the freezer was broken. We had to mop up water everyday, or do without ice or frozen stuff. During the 2 week stay no remedy was made. Like there's no refrigerators to be bought due to Covid?
When asked to renew the contract for next year, I was informed it would be $200 more with no discount for the lack of advertised "amenities" like a freezer.
We decided to move on, with the increase in price, and no concern for a lack of meeting obligations for the higher end of condo rentals.
After a couple of month thinking about the stay, I decided a cooled off evaluation should still be made. I regret not being interested in returning to a fine location as IRB. I just don't feel the cost of the condo is commiserate with the product. Too bad making it right wasn't offered.
