About this house rental
The house is part of a row with shared parking (one space per residential unit) and it is 300 m from the beautiful Su Giudeu beach. The property is simple, but equipped with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms.
The house is on two levels: ground floor with living area, kitchen and bathroom and upper floor with two bedrooms, one double and one quadruple with bunk beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishes, fridge and hob, microwave.
There are two bathrooms and both with shower. A washing machine and clothesline are available on the backyard veranda.
The house also has a small garden at the entrance and a rear garden with an outdoor shower and a gazebo equipped with garden furniture; two verandas on the ground floor (front and back), balconies, front (view of the Su Giudeu pond) and rear (view of the Mediterranean scrub hill), on the first floor.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is the ideal solution for families, small groups of friends and couples.
Walking along the walkway you can meet flamingos and many other species, in 5 minutes you will arrive in front of the isle of Su Giudeu which you can reach on foot, sea conditions permitting.
The area is very quiet as it is a protected natural area: from the front balcony you can see the sunrise and from the one behind the sunset!
