About this house rental
In the center of the village of St Clément des Baleines, we are close to all shops, 5 minutes walk from the beach 'shore fishing' and a few minutes by bike (4 bikes in the garage) from the magnificent beach of fine sand of the Conche.
This small village house designed for 8 people consists of a main storey house, a courtyard, a cellar, a garage, just over 120 m2 to live.
On the ground floor of the house a unique room of 45m2 with living room, living room, equipped kitchen, WC, storage cupboards and old fireplace. A friendly and bright space which opens onto an exotic wooden terrace of 60m2, enclosed by dry stone walls.
At the end of the plot is a cellar used as an independent bedroom with a shower room and WC, a covered courtyard to house the plancha, a garage where your bikes are waiting for you. Upstairs, the sleeping area accommodates 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a private bathroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Weekly rentals only.
Compulsory cleaning fee (100 euros) to be paid upon entering the premises.

The house is really a great place to stay. It is very convenient, comfortable and well decorated typical house of Ile de Re. Perfect place for a calm and resourcing stay.Saint Clement is a tiny village with its market, one restaurant and one bar. It is a quiet place to enjoy the nature, beaches, biking and sea. For more animation you need to go to bigger villages. The only inconvenience is a small flexibility of the owner and the fact that we had to bring with us the bed sheets and towels. It is a bit complicated when you arrive by plane. And it is not really stipulated on the website. I have received this info only when the booking was made. So it would be useful to update the info accordingly.

Pour nous, ce fût la location idéale. Elle est parfaitement située dans Saint Clément, au calme.
Bien équipée pour cuisiner, nous avons plutôt utilisé la plancha pour les cuissons.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et les 3 salles de bains/douches sont appréciables
La terrasse est très agréable , très jolie le soir avec son éclairage
La petite suite au fond est un véritable petit nid.
Le prêt des vélos qui sont en parfait état de fonctionnement est également un plus.
