About this house rental
Ile de Ré village house in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, between Ars-en-Ré and Les Portes-en-Ré, with garden:
- 6 bedrooms, including 1 independent suite bedroom + office + bathroom, and 1 separate bedroom in the garden.
- Total capacity of 12 beds (ideal with 10 people)
- 3 bathrooms (including the suite's one)
- Two independent toilets
- Living / large living room
- Small living room
- Games room / TV
- Equipped kitchen
- Wireless
- Garden with a lot of charm: flowers, plum tree, summer dining room under high wind, breakfast area.
- Barbecue
- 6 used second-hand bikes made available
Prices :
- High season (from June 22 to August 23), rent for 2 weeks minimum: 2800 € per week
- Rest of the year (including All Saints holidays, Christmas, Easter, May including Ascension point, Spring until June 22 morning, summer from August 23): rental for a minimum week: 2200 € per week.
The rates include heating in winter, free access to Wifi and the provision of 6 used bikes.
Modalities:
- Payment of 50% deposit upon reservation.
- Deposit 1000 € refundable 14 days after departure.
- Participation of 200 € requested to ensure the cleaning at the end of the hiring
- The house is rented without sheets, duvet covers and without towels. Possibility of asking to have sheets, duvet covers and towels, with beds made. Participation of 40 € per person wishing sheets and towels.

Superbe séjour dans un cadre très confortable calme et un superbe jardin.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
Nous avions l impression d être chez nous dans une maison décorée avec soin. Quiétude des petits salons et siestes dans le jardin.
En fait tout le charme de l Île de Ré est la.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Il y a de nombreux espaces pour les loisirs de chacun : lecture, bureau, télévision , jardin ... et des espaces pour se retrouver tous ensemble .
La localisation au centre du village est très commode pour le marché et idéale pour profiter de l’ile , de ses différentes plages, des pistes cyclables et des marais salants.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont veillé à ce que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement.
En conclusion : des vacances réussies grâce à cette belle maison !

Séjour en hiver 2018.
Maison avec beaucoup de chambres, ce qui étaient pratique puisque nous sommes venus avec plusieurs amis et des enfants.
La maison sentait un peu le renfermé en arrivant. Mais passé ce premier effet elle était plutôt agréable.
La cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un grand groupe de personnes.
Un soucis avec le frigo pendant le séjour mais celui si à été très vite réglé par la propriétaire.
Je recommande cette location
