Great location! Walkable to beach, boardwalk, Jolly Rogers, shops, mini market for light groceries, restaurants, and bars. Quiet fishing/crabbing pier near/ behind condo. Charter and water sport rental company is also behind the condo. Internet, cable.
*Please note: Towels and linens ARE NOT provided. **The building DOES NOT have an elevator (only STAIRS) and is located on the 4th floor. ***Grills are not allowed anywhere on the property due to fire laws. Public/free charcoal grills and picnic areas are available at Northside Park off of 125th St.
****1 free condo parking space with parking pass. Pass must be returned or $50 will be charged from your deposit. Side street parking is also available on 32nd and 33rd street for additional free parking.

Condo was very clean and an excellent fit for my family of 4. The location was perfect; a couple minute walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby, Jolly Rogers a short walk. The view of the bay from the balcony was great especially during the sunset. The pool is small, but great for young kids and wasn't very crowded. Appliances could use updating but they were serviceable. Sophy was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Last minute trip and we found this condo! It was located near the convention center where we were doing a show. The condo was clean and accommodating for our family of 5. Had all amenities to stay in and eat, and close enough to walk to many local restaurants or to get up early and sneak a peak at the sunrise. Sunsets were perfect too from the 4th floor! !

The description of the condo was very accurate except for one minor thing—and for us it was a major thing. The condo was definitely NOT a non-smoking condo. The smell of smoke was undeniably evident. We tried airing the rooms out, sprayed febreeze, etc…but the smell of dull leftover smoke never faded. We had to leave the fan on in the bathroom constantly bc it was extremely strong in that smaller space. Great location, but for non-smokers this was really miserable. Itchy eyes and all of our items came home smelling of smoke. This is clearly a unit that gets smoked inside regularly (hence the ash tray in the utensil drawer). Everything else was accurately described—this major thing (smoking unit) should have been too.
