About this house rental
"Heaven by the Sea" is one of Tybee Island's most desired vacation rentals. This directly oceanfront private beach house is within walking distance to several popular Tybee restaurants and shops. "Heaven by the Sea" features five bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a pool, brand new 7 person hot tub, an elevator (750lb weight limit), a 75-inch media room, ocean views from 9 rooms, and two porches. This Tybee beach home is 3659 square feet. Heaven by the Sea features two whole home air purifier systems.
A welcoming coastal-inspired living room area is the heart of the middle floor and the first room you walk into from the main entry door on the home's second level. The custom-designed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a gas range stove with an electric oven. The large kitchen overlooks an enclosed sunroom with a view of the pool and the dining room. The large dining room table comfortably seats eight guests, plus additional dining seating for seven at the Kitchen countertop bar. Step out onto the covered oceanview open porch with two dining tables for more dining space.
Also, three bedrooms are on the middle floor of this 3-story vacation home. Two large king-bedroom suites with attached full bathrooms with walk-in showers are located on the south end of the middle floor. Directly past the dining and kitchen is a third bedroom with two twin beds, one with a pull-out twin trundle. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Conveniently on the middle floor of the home is a laundry room and an additional half-bathroom in the hallway.
The top floor has two private suites with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The top floor king bedroom suite is accessed by walking through the top floor media/living room with a 75-inch TV. This top-floor king bedroom is semi-framed by large windows that allow you to experience unforgettable Tybee sunrises and ocean views. The attached full bathroom has a walk-in shower and claw-foot tub.
The top-floor queen-bedroom suite also has breathtaking ocean views. This large suite has an attached bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower.
There is an alcove on this top floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle.
On the bottom floor of "Heaven by the Sea" is a large game room with access to the lower level covered poolside patio.
Each bedroom has a 55-inch TV. All TVs in this home are smart TVs that will allow you to use all the popular streaming apps with your own personal account.
The interior of this stunning home compliments the tropical outdoor space. Enjoy the large pool, including the "spillover" fountain*. (*The Fountain is timed only to run a few hours daily - no exceptions. The fountain is only on from 10 am to 2 pm daily and will not operate during any other time of the day.) Enjoy the brand new 7 person hot tub under the covered porch. The outdoor space has plenty of seating, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a private path to the beach. Additional beach access is one house away at the public beach crossover on 2nd Avenue.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool will not be heated from December through February. Guests can add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.

Great place, location, size and amenities. Listing/rental company was terrific. The only negative is there are a few minor details with the home- on again/off again ice machine, sliding door hardware, exposed nails in stair treads. Again nothing major but things that need attention. A great time was had by all.

We were a family of 10 that stayed at Heaven by the Sea. The house was lovely and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. We went to the beach most morning and spent the afternoon at the pool. The waterfall feature was special and we took a number of family photos by the waterfall. We did heat the pool.The house was perfect for a group. Also, we were able to walk to a number of shops and a restaurant in the evening. Mostly we cooked our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Somehow many of the teaspoons were gone but we made do with some plastic spoons we purchased. We informed the management company about the teaspoons for future guests but we were fine without them.We all loved staying at Heaven by the Sea and would definitely go back.

Two families, seven of us in all with three boys ages, 17, 17, and 13. It’s our second time to Tybee and the best accommodations of all the places we have visited. The house is fantastic, the access to the beach is convenient, and the pool and backyard scene are perfect. Days were spent on the beach and the pool with one afternoon excursion to Savannah. Dinners out included 80e Gastropub and The Crab Shack. Both recommended. At dark we had riotous game nights with a bit of competitive smack talk and lots of laughs. Weather was fantastic all week with one heck of a lightening show Thursday evening. We are definitely interested in returning.
