Welcome to the Historic Quarters at the Commissary! Located on the north end of Tybee Island, walking distance to the lighthouse in the Fort Screven historic district. This 3 unit historically preserved property, features 11 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 30+ guests. Private parking, an expansive & landscaped backyard with propane grills.Traveling to Tybee & coordinating with others families and groups the Commissary Estate is the perfect accommodation for gathering together, while preserving separate sleeping, cooking, and living arrangements!

Unit 1 is 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath & HANDICAP Accessible (sleeps 13 guests)

Electric Vehicle Chargers are located at each end of the estate for complementary guest use during their stay!

Location was great. This is a great property for multiple families to gather. We had 4 generations for Thanksgiving. Having 3 separate but connected houses allows for gathering everyone together for meals and visiting but gives space for taking a break when needed. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area around there or run to the beach just a few blocks from there. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would rent again.
