Need more toilet paper in bathrooms, a little musty smelling in the downstairs which we didn't use those bedrooms. The hot tub and deck was awesome. Location was awesome as wll

Great place to stay on Tybee! Large living areas and 4 bedrooms, however one bedroom is on 1st floor without access to bathroom on that floor. Also, the pull out couches upstairs in other bedrooms were not functional. Recommend replacing or getting daybeds for those areas. Beds are soft and plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful decks on top 2 floors with view of ocean, even if it's between tree tops. Great location on North Beach walking distance to lighthouse, Ft Screven, and North Beach Bar & Grill. There is also a little marine science center in that area that our younger kids loved. Only complaint was the Hot Tub needed cleaning when we got there, which they did on day 2 of our trip. Rental company was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Laundry on site was an added bonus. There was no communication that cleaning staff was still on site and that a scheduled pool/hot tub technician would be stopping by in the middle of our stay, but overall it was not a deal breaker since the staff were all courteous and friendly with us when we were there.

The stay here was perfect! Very peaceful and everything is in walking distance. Visited the light house museum as well! House is well equipted with things to do as well !
