A 39-inch flat-screen TV with Blue Ray in the living room, and flat-screen TVs in bedrooms with a DVD player in the guest room. Wireless high-speed internet in the unit.

Upon arrival we walked into the Unit and found the carpet stained, walls scraped, doors damaged and not in great working order. My wife documented all and we called the Management. We didn't want to be responsible for damage. We were surprised when they said, "We know, that unit is scheduled for remodeling." The location was great, workers and other families were very nice and welcoming. The beach was great, and we saw dolphins and manatees in the river. That was amazing.

walk or bike to the beach and restaurants, beautiful pool and grounds, only complaint and it's minor, that the carpet could have used a refresh

Overall it was okay, an older property and a unit that was dated. Its the peak season, so you get the wear and tear on a rental unit, but it wasn't very clean or ready for us to use, carpets were especially in need of cleaning. AC unit may need some attention as the unit had a musty smell
