Beautiful waterfront home on Little Pond in Falmouth Heights within one mile to Bristol Beach, Falmouth Harbor and Downtown Falmouth. Five miles to Nobska Light and Historic Woods Hole. Walk to Falmouth Harbor and Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard. Short drive to Woods Hole to access ferry to Nantucket Island.
The house offers panoramic water views from the main living room, master bedroom, and the four-season waterside sun room, which also serves as the dining room. The house includes large decks with two outdoor eating areas overlooking the bay. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinet space. There is plenty of parking. There are three kayaks included for use with the home.
There is a first-floor bedroom and full bathroom. There are three bedrooms up with a shared full bathroom. There is a lower level with family room, kitchen, queen bedroom and full bathroom.

The place was perfect. The home was spacious, perfect for family gatherings and the location was awesome on a dead-end street, quiet yet very near the beach, shops and restaurants. This home and neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful; water views from each room are fantastic; plenty of space for a large family to spread out. One of the most well-stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in; Mark is a wonderful host and incredibly thoughtful. Location is ideal we loved the walkable beaches, restaurants on the harbor and we walked to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Can’t say enough good things- hope to be back someday.

Beautifully kept home in a quiet pond neighborhood but very close to the center of town, shopping, beaches and restaurants. The sun room looks out on the pond and offers a great spot meals and games. Everyone in the group loved this house. The swans and ducks and Osprey were an added bonus.

We have been coming to Falmouth for years and this home was perfect. It iis centrally located on a dead end With a quiet neighborhood and direct access to the pond It is a short walk to ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Beach was a little over a 1/2 mile and was easily accessed Short drive to downtown and grocery stores. House has everything you need and was well maintained and very cleanHost was very attentive and answered any inquiries promptly. We would highly recommend this rental
