About this house rental
This quintessential cape cod beach house has it all. Located on popular Maravista Ave, our home boasts 6 coastal bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 full bed and 2 full bathrooms. The oversized kitchen is perfect for hosting, two outdoor patios, gas grill, oversized outdoor shower, and garage with plenty of beach toys and beach chairs make this the perfect beach vacation home. We even have the best front porch with ocean views for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. We are 5 houses away from Maravista beach, Bristol Beach and a 7 minute walk from Falmouth Heights beach and famous Shipwrecked beachfront restaurant. Being so close to the beach the sea breeze feels amazing, but we also have central air if you prefer AC. Bringing the extended family? We also have a trundel bed with 2 twins off the kitchen in our den area. We sleep a total of 14 comfortably in beds. Bringing guests who can't manage stairs? That's ok! We have 2 bedrooms on the first floor with easy access to everything including the first floor bathroom. This is a BYO sheets, towels and toiletries property. We provide everything else. Escape to the Cape with our enchanting beach house to create memories to last a lifetime.

Stayed here for the Cape Cod Marathon with friends and family and had the best time! Erica reached out before and throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and check in/out was very easy. The house was clean and had a great outdoor space that we were able to use on our first night. Super close walk to the beach and a quick drive to Main St in Falmouth. Would definitely stay again!

Great house and location. Road in front is a bit busy but that is my only (slight) complaint. Would definitely stay there again.
