Walk down the stairs to find a bedroom with full bed, down the hall you'll find a Queen bed in an open layout and two twin beds off of this area. This floor also has another full bath with tub. Great setup for parents/children! Drop off beach chairs/toys, use outdoor shower and walk right into this lower level. Perfect for sandy kids to rinse off before taking a bath before dinner! Amenities include: WiFi /cable /washer & dryer, CENTRAL AIR. Large deck with (2) patio sets for large outdoor cookouts and plenty of seating! Brand new Weber gas grill. We had a great stay in Falmouth! The house was a very short walk to Falmouth Heights beach. It was perfect for two families to stay (one downstairs and one upstairs). Young kids really appreciated the stash of toys. Host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again next year!

Do not hesitate to book this property. We took a family vacation with grandparents, parents, a teen, and a tween. The house would have easily accomodated young children, as well. It was updated, clean, bright, deceptively spacious, and you cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach so many times! There are spaces to watch tv, build a puzzle, sit and read in peace, nap, get some sun on the patio, etc. Parking was easy for two cars, quiet neighborhood, and the owner was kind and communicative. We had a slight issue with some missing bath towels, and everything was helpfully resolved within the hour. I could not love this home or our experience more. Thank you for a memorable family week!
