Enjoy breathtaking water views from every room in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home right on Great Pond. 6 adult maximum capacity, 8 person total. 3 car maximum. Access to boat launch and sandy shore, stroll or ride bikes on scenic path to Bristol Beach, minutes from great shopping. This spacious house has an open floor plan, expansive kitchen with large island open to living room, dining room and sun room. Two full master suites (one on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor), the second floor has a full family room, efficiency kitchen, big screen TV, and amazing deck with high top table and glider adirondack chairs. Three furnished decks for enjoying morning coffee and sunset dining. There is also an outdoor shower. No event bookings, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, guest barbecues, unregistered visitors at the house.

Fabulous house! Photos do not do it justice. The water views take your breath away. Was perfect for our multi-gen family vacation. Loved the kayaking and swimming right across the street. Unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need. Joanna was delightful and was able to let us have an early check in and late check out.

Amazing property that has plenty of room to spread out, great views of the pond with 2 incredible decks and fire pits. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kitchen article you’d need This was our 2nd year and we’ve already booked for next year’

We had 8 people there. Awesome location. Right on the water. We paddle board, fished and swam all next to our house. Looking forward to going back next year.

Vacation during a pandemic felt like a challenge, but Joanna's home made it a BREEZE. The property was spotless when we arrived, and Joanna was there to take us through the property and share all the details. The beach at the pond was steps away, and we felt really lucky to have (what felt like) a private beach at our fingertips. Especially with a toddler in tow, it was so nice to be able to walk him back up for a nap without disrupting everyone's beach day.There were so many details that made the stay just so effortless - shades and curtains in every bedroom (huge for nap-time and sensitive sleepers); fans in every room; a smart TV with every app imaginable, kayaks and bikes, beach chairs, great bathrooms with TONS of towels and linens, and outdoor shower with an area to change and lots of hooks for your towel/bathing suit...you can really tell that Joanna spent time thinking of what people would need to feel comfortable in her home - we totally did. At Joanna's recommendation, we woke up to watch the sunrise on our last morning. It was such a beautiful way to end a wonderful week. We will definitely be back!
