The first-floor bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed. On the second floor, the first bedroom features a luxurious King-sized bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom on the second floor provides plenty of flexibility with two King-sized beds and direct access to another room with two twin beds.

For your convenience, our home features three full bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom is equipped with essential amenities and walk-in showers, perfect for refreshing after a day full of activities.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a microwave for quick snacks, an oven for delicious meals, a coffee maker for your morning brew, and a fridge/freezer for all your groceries. The stylish living area features a smart TV, a plush couch, and a cozy fireplace, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
On the ground floor, you'll find an additional living space for the whole family to unwind and enjoy quality time together. With plenty of seating, a TV, and access to the outdoors, you can truly spread out. The "Beach House" area is perfect for little ones to play and have a space of their own.

Step from the basement area onto the patio, where you’ll find the brand-new hot tub, ready for you to relax and unwind. The hot tub comfortably seats 5 people and includes a lounger seat to lay back! While the upper deck offers stunning views, and whether you’re grilling up a meal on the gas grill or enjoying hanging out with loved ones, you’ll be surrounded by the unmatched natural beauty of Falmouth.

Experience the charm of Great Pond Getaway, a welcoming sanctuary perfect for families in search of contemporary comforts and memorable adventures. Located just minutes from top attractions and historic landmarks, this haven offers breathtaking views and an array of activities to savor.
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
- No Parties
- Strict Quiet Hours: 9PM to 8AM
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Pet fee applies. Below is a list of restricted breeds.

The house was exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and grill were perfect for my family. The hot tub and kayaks were a hit with my adult children and my granddaughter had everything she needed at the property. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. Would highly recommend this property.

Stayed here with my family over the Easter weekend. The house is lovely. Just as described/pictured. All essentials are provided, which makes life just that little bit easier when traveling with kids - cot, towels, shower gel, shampoo, razors, women’s toiletry essentials, tea, coffee,etc, etc.The location is great, as the neighborhood is quiet (nice for walking), and stores are a short drive away (large stores like Walmart, Lidl, Shaw’s and the Falmouth high street stores (smaller more specialist shops). Would highly recommend staying here!
