The house was better than the pictures suggest and closer to the water. We loved the quiet beach in front. We would stay here again.

The location of this house is fantastic. Steps to the beach. Lovely open living space that actually seats 10 and has the perfect view. Well stocked kitchen. Linens included is such a bonus. Access to beach toys and chairs. Joe was excellent with communication. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Joe and Kim!

Overall good. Joe is very helpful. Access to beach was obstructed due to large construction. The crane was ugly and took away our views. My son was followed by a car and later another man while he walked with his GF in main St. He experienced racism and we became uncomfortable. We will never go to Falmouth again. But that has nothing to do with Joe. We thank Joe for his prompt responses.
