PLEASE NOTE- WE ONLY RENT FOR A FULL WEEK (SUNDAY TO SUNDAY) THE MONTH OF JULY/FIRST 2 WEEKS IN AUGUST.
Located in beautiful South Haven near downtown and beaches. South Haven is the perfect family getaway destination. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Kids love the beach, playground, ice cream and sun. Teens love the volleyball courts, bike riding, movie theater, and paddle-boarding. Everyone loves the food, farmers market, shopping and gorgeous sunsets over the Lake.
Bedroom 1-(downstairs)- King bed
Bedroom 2-(downstairs)-Queen bed
Bedroom 3- (upstairs)- 2 Full beds, lots of space for kids to play games etc.
Bedroom 4- (upstairs)- 1 King bed (note- this bedroom is at top of stair landing -similar to loft)- TV/DVD player in room
2 full baths downstairs (1 with tub/shower and 1 with shower)
Cable in LR, high speed internet, air conditioned, relaxing front porch, BBQ grill, firepit, patio furniture, charming back porch, washer and dryer, dishwasher, games, movies and toys and beach supplies for use while at house.
LESS THAN 1 MILE walk to EVERYTHING!!!

Great house, perfect for our fall girls weekend trip to celebrate a big birthday. House was cozy, close to everything, clean and well equipped with cooking utensils, fans, and extra blankets. We loved the area and we would come back again!

The kitchen had all the needs. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner. Everything was in walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay.

we have stayed in South Haven several times and this is our third stay in this property. The property is being well-maintained and upstairs beds were recently upgraded. All of the rooms are comfortable, well appointed, with comfortable beds and a colorful, beachy feel. The space worked well for us and our family members. There were several beach towels and beach chairs as well as some beach toys that we used. The property is closer to downtown than to the beach but is walkable. all of the appliances and bathrooms are in good working order. We had no particular issues during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the layout is good for sharing space with loved ones, while having some privacy. some of the other places we’ve stayed had porches, but the way this one is laid out, it is more usable, stays relatively cool and makes a great place to have breakfast or hang out with family.

My wife and I along with a few friends rented for an extended weekend and Tracy was great and very responsive. Check in was super easy. The location is great, everything was very clean and very close to everything. We will undoubtedly be back and tell more fiends. Lucero and Ray Donato
