This unit is located on a high floor. There are only 3 units on this floor. It has two master suites plus an extra half bath that comfortably sleeps up to six people. Each master suite is on opposite ends of the Condo. There are two lanais where you can hang out and relax.

Wonderful stay in a nicely equipped, clean and tastefully decorated home away from home. Cynthia and Isaac were very pleasant, accommodating and available. The location worked great for us. Hope to return soon.

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this location for about 5 weeks. Our extended stay was great. Cynthia called us on the day we checked in and was available if we needed to contact her. The house did not seem like a rental place but more like a home that one one was kind enough to share with us. That made things very comfortable since most of the essential items were covered. There is 5 G wifi (chose the 5 G one and not the 2 G one - the password is the same) so it allowed us to work remotely and the kids to attend online school. The beach is about a 10 min walk and you have plenty of things to do near by and the pool areas is truly magnificent with separate areas for kids and adults. The building staff is friendly and welcoming. One thing to keep in mind is the 2nd bedroom has a queen/twin so we had one kid in that room and the other in living area which has a pull out sofa bed. And finally, Cynthia has very tasteful decorated the house and the pieces of art and artistic touches are brilliant. Definitely recommend this for an extended stay

This condo exceeded our expectations, We've stayed in several condos and this unit was by far the best value, well appointed, and a great location, The security in the building is great, The owner of the unit, was a phone call away if we needed anything. I would and have recommended this condo to family and friends. The 30 day rental price is less then most 14 night stays. Consider that even if not staying 30 days.
