Instructions clear. Familiar drop-off point for Uber and Taxi drivers. Seemed like many units in complex were used by tourists. Air conditioner in each room, but not used. Fan sufficient.
Unit could do with some updating and a little TLC. Wall panel off. Loose ceiling tile above the shower head. Kitchen was clean and no bugs. Sofa is quite old and slopes forward... not great to sit on. One of the bar stools was very loose.

The room needs to be cleaned totally. There was dust everywhere. Dirty seats as well.
