Aloha and welcome to Waikiki! Our condo is located at the Royal Aloha. We are minutes from the beach and the Waikiki strip. We offer the following:

The Royal Aloha offers a private pool and BBQ area. There is a community washer and dryer on each floor, and more on the first floor. You will be staying on the 8th floor, which allows for great views. And with the jalousie windows, the cross-breeze feels wonderful!
The location of our condo is approximately half a mile from Waikiki beach. It is walking distance to the beach as well as to the International Market Place. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. The Waikiki Brewing Company is one that we often frequent and is located across the street from our condo.
This condo is privately owned by my husband and I, and we are committed to making your stay in Waikiki memorable. We will be available at any time for questions/comments/concerns. Although we are not local, our manager is. He is on call and available for any needs related to the condo. You will receive his personal cell phone number, as well as ours, just prior to your visit.
We are well-versed in the island of Oahu. If you are looking for tourist attractions and events, we can assist with that. While Oahu is full of entertainment, it is also full of wonderful history. We can provide information on historical sites as well. The free parking stall is located in the parking garage directly across the street. There is very little street parking in front of the condo, but there is a loading/unloading zone at the building entrance.
Our condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, a lively and bustling city. It is NOT the place to be if you're looking for serenity, calm and quiet! Mahalo for your interest and we hope to host you soon!

Convenient to the Honolulu shopping district. Several restaurants, coffee shops & food trucks nearby. The unit was nice and clean. Loved having the lanai to sit on. All the amenities were present. The building itself is tired looking. They had security staff on duty by the front doors most of the time. The pool is small, more like a kiddie pool. There is an elevator to get up to the room, but there are several stairs leading from the street to get to the entrance gate. We did have an issues with the parking accommodations at first, but the owner was receptive & fixed things quickly. Parking was convenient across the street.

The condo location was great, lots of restaurants, shops, close to the beach, zoo, aquarium. Most of these were walking distance. Condo was clean, beds comfortable. That condo was stocked with items that a family of 4 needed to be comfortable. Even though Michelle was offsite she responded quickly to answer questionsThis is an older unit, and updates/upgrades are going to be done.

A non slip bath mat is needed. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall we enjoyed the property and the fun items available to you: boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. TV doesn’t work, just heads up. But Wi-Fi works, only one room has ac, the other one doesn’t. And the parking was a total nightmare. Compact, fifth floor, very confusing elevator system (two separate entries and exits for one parking building but not all will work), and the security guards for the parking building were very paranoid and aggressive, esp towards our minority family members. Aside from all this, we enjoyed the friendly condo building managers and the clean pool and access to grill.
