Waikiki 2-bedroom Sweet Home

Our family of four stayed in this apartment for a week. Overall, we were satisfied, though there were a few minor issues. I hope the owner addresses them for future guests. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Waikiki Beach and the main strip where all the nightlife is. Parking is available at the neighboring hotel for $50 a day, or $45 if you’re staying for multiple days. It’s cash only, so make sure to have some on hand (though there is an ATM right there). The nearest Walmart is about a 5-minute drive away. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost everything you need for cooking. Also, there’s a paid laundry (washer and dryer) right by the elevator for $6.

Just a few minor suggestions for improvement: 1.​The bathroom door lock needs to be fixed as it doesn’t latch properly. 2. ​It would be a nice touch to provide at least a couple of laundry pods in the room for guests. 3. ​The oven is missing a baking sheet or tray for things like frozen pizza; providing at least some aluminum foil would be very helpful.

Spacious enough for one adult and five kids. The check-in/initial access was exactly as described and very easy. The space was clean and presentable.

Elevator access was limited during peak times. There weren't any washcloths. Parking was in an adjacent building at $50 per night ($45 for multiple nights).
