Each of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units includes 1,000 square feet of living space, in-unit laundry, private and secure entrance, wifi, cable television, pots and pans, kitchen essentials, linens, bedding, towels and more! This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and carpet-free unit. We pride ourselves on providing clean and comfortable spaces ideal for patients and caregivers. Private Entrance. No Carpet. No Pets. No Smoking.
This unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms; one with shower/tub combination and the other with a shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living for additional guests that might be visiting.
The kitchen features brand new full-sized appliances and ample counter and cabinet space-perfect for making home cooked meals in your home away from home!
In addition to a large kitchen and living area, there is a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
There is no need to worry about parking as each unit comes with a parking space in our private parking lot as well as free on-street parking.
Just a few steps down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city's paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.

The place was clean and we'll equipped. We walked to and from treatments at Mayo Clinic each day. Some nice little walks close by with great hikes a close drive away.

A wonderful property with an amazing host!! Kelli is incredibly responsive and helps ensure every step of your stay is wonderful. The property itself is well equipped and very clean. Be sure to have house shoes as it’s concrete floors throughout with area rugs. Great location with super easy access to Mayo Clinic and all shopping needs close by. If you’re a foodie, there are many great places to explore or have delivered. Due to location on a major road, you will hear some road noise but it’s not bad. We live in the country and are use to extreme quietness, this may be why we noticed it. The second bedroom bed is a platform bed and sits very low to the ground but everyone slept fine on it. Would highly recommend this property
