About this house rental
Very well appointed classic home located within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's hospital.
The home is very nicely furnished and has amazing natural light with a southern exposure. Hardwood floors throughout, two main floor bedrooms with queen beds and newly renovated main floor bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the basement.
Convenient location close to groceries, pharmacy, recreational trails, restaurants and shopping. We even provide bikes, helmets and tire pump for easy transportation or exercise.
Cable tv, dvr, and high speed wi-fi all included.
Parking available via private driveway and garage.
We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay):
• Dishwasher soap
• Laundry detergent
• Towels (each bathroom has a set of four towels)
• Full set of linens for each bed
• Dish towels
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels

My parents stayed here for medical treatment at Mayo. The stairs are manageable. There isn’t a garage or private seating area in the back. But the porch was lovely.

Cozy and warm bungalow is perfect for a stay at Mayo Clinic. Pretty and updated bathroom and kitchen. Linens and towels are high quality. Beds are a comfy and perfect for all day rest when needed. Incredible and huge HDTV. Cute outside patio when temps are above freezing!
Walk to shops and restaurants. Much better setup than staying at a hotel! Would recommend for families and couples seeking a sense of home during their time at Mayo Clinic.
