Located just 7 blocks from world-renowned Mayo Clinic, Grove Condominiums feature eight newly developed fully furnished, two-bedroom, two bathroom units, with 1,000 square feet of living space, and each with their own in-unit laundry, private and secure entrance, wifi, cable television, pots and pans, kitchen essentials, linens, bedding, towels and more! No Pets. No carpet. No smoking.
This unit is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) 2 full bathrooms; one with shower/tub combination and the other with a shower.
The kitchen features brand new full-sized appliances and ample counter and cabinet space-perfect for making home cooked meals in your home away from home!
In addition to a large kitchen and living area, there is a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
There is no need to worry about parking as each unit comes with a parking space in our private parking lot as well as free on-street parking.
Just a few steps down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city's paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.

clearing the sidewalk, steps, and parking lot after a snow was very slow in getting done. on the second day after a snow i shoveled the steps and sidewalk myself. other than that i was a nice place and would go there again

Very clean and nicely furnished, from the furniture to the kitchen appliances. We spent two months there and it truly became home.
If you’re at Mayo it is so convient. I was dropped off and picked up at the Chalton Building and it was a 10 minute round trip. In summer, an easy walk.
The nearby walking paths and parks would be delightful in better weather. We were there in February/April.
We would highly recommend this to you.
