Located just 7 blocks from world-renowned Mayo Clinic, Grove Condominiums feature eight newly developed two-bedroom, two bathroom units, with 1,000 square feet of living space, and each with their own private and secure entrance. This unit is on the main floor with zero stairs, roll under kitchen sink, side-by-side laundry (in-unit), pedestal sink in bathroom and more! We pride ourselves on providing clean and comfortable lodging ideal for patients and caregivers. No carpet. No pets. No smoking!
This unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The first bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower with wand, while the second bathroom features a tub/shower combo.The living room sofa transforms into a queen size sleeper sofa adding additional sleeping for guests.
The large kitchen boasts a roll-under sink, brand-new appliances and ample counter and cabinet space. It is stocked with kitchen essentials like pots and pans, bakeware, silverware and other items so that you can prepare home-cooked meals in your home away from home.
There is a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer in the unit which allowing you to save time and money by conveniently doing laundry in the unit.
Free parking is available in the dedicated parking lot, or on the street.
Just a down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city s paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.

Property is clean and in a nice location. At the end of the block is a nice walking/biking trail. I appreciated finding a place with no carpet. I would stay here again.

We liked the large rooms, two bathrooms (one with walk-in shower), washer/dryer in the unit, and the comfortable beds! The close parking is ideal for anyone with mobility issues, as well as the zero entry! We had no problems with the apartment. It was comfortable, quiet and in a close location to downtown Mayo facilities. Also appreciated is the great walking path within a block of the apartment. We will stay here again if/when we have a need. Oh ... and the manager is very easy to work with!
