About this house rental
Well appointed, fully furnished home a quick walk to St. Mary's Hospital (Mayo), dining, parks, retail and trails. Home is kept very clean for medical guests and fully equipped with all the comforts of home (no carpet). A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with main floor laundry. High speed wifi, extensive cable channels, Apple TV all included. Only a block off Kutzky Park with access to popular recreational trails that go throughout town. Bikes, helmets and tire pump included!
The home is fully furnished and very clean. Main floor bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom, as well as main floor laundry. Second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets, spices, and more! There is parking available onsite or in the garage. We also provide two bikes and helmets so that you are able to enjoy the nearby recreational trails. (And save on parking!)

We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay):

• Laundry detergent
• Towels (each bathroom has a set of four towels)

• Coffee maker
• Flour, sugar, spices, etc.
• Kitchen essentials (tupperware, baggies, aluminum foil, etc)
• Cleaning supplies
