Kim was the perfect host. We had one issue (with Westgate) and as soon as I texted him, he was on the phone calling the front desk. We had everything we needed and more - pools, waterpark, activities each day, mini-golf, volleyball, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back!
