POOL HEAT:
- The pool is heated at no additional charge to our guests
- Pool heater temperature is set to max. 86 degrees and operates between 8 am – 8 pm
- Pool heater will NOT operate when the day and night outside air temperature is below 60 degrees
- The pool temperature WILL VARY depending on the outside air temperature
- The pool will be the warmest between 12 pm – 5 pm during the winter months
- As an alternative, the Jr. Olympic size pool at the clubhouse may be warmer on cool days/nights because that pool is heated by four heat pump and gas heaters, plus a hot tub/spa

We rented this house for a family visit with four adults and three kids. I was definitely nervous about renting a house because we are normally hotel people who take advantage of our passholder discounts, but for this trip it made sense to have extra space. This house was perfect for us. Both of the "adult" bedrooms had comfortable beds and attached private bathrooms, including one with an amazing soaking tub that we definitely took advantage of several times. It was fantastic to have three bathrooms to make getting ready go quickly in the mornings. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and we were even able to accommodate our celiac family member with ease due to how well stocked it was. The kids (12, 8, and 8) loved the themed rooms and the game room was amazing to have. The kids were able to play while the adults packed our theme park stuff for the day. It was an easy drive to Disney, especially with the instructions provided by Billy to sneak in the back way, and there were ample restaurants and grocery stores right nearby. The heated pool was fantastic and I loved that the owners didn't charge an extra fee like so many do. The pool toys were also fantastic and the kids had a blast floating and jumping in. The extra touch of a few dishwasher and laundry pods was much appreciated so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Our minivan fit in the driveway without any parking issues.
We will definitely rent here again when we're back in Florida! It was so nice to have the extra space to spread out and this house really does have all the amenities you could want.

The house was the perfect setup for us. We had six adults and one child under ten. We needed a place to spend the holiday where we knew the child would have stuff to do, and the arcade and pool offered entertainment for everyone for the entirety of our stay. The owners were extraordinarily easy to work with an incredibly responsive. 10/10 would stay again.

This house was very clean, organized and had everything a family would need. Everything was in great condition and working. The owner has great communication and is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Our family booked this Disney-themed home for our trip to the Disney Parks, and we are SO GLAD we did! It was wonderful, very clean and comfortable, and an excellent way for a family to stay in a more cost-effective way near Disney.
We had excellent pre-stay communications from Evolve and the owners - very detailed and thoughtful. And there were such wonderful touches throughout the home, including floaties for the children to use the pool, an extra (new) stroller, a pack-n-play, this home had it all!
The decorations and the arcade games made the house very memorable for our children - weeks after the trip they still talk about it! In short: we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for your trip to Florida, it's truly 5 Star worthy! And booking through Evolve.com saved us $$ as well.
