Enjoy your next vacation in this 5 Bedroom & 4 Bathroom Villa with a private pool in the area of Indian Creek. This fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, allowing for up to 10 guests. This villa has the status of being on one of the closest residential communities to Walt Disney World, just a 3 mile drive to the front gates. Located on a conservation area, you don't have to worry about being overlooked in the pool area because it is surrounded by trees.
Our open floor plan allows everyone to be together - The living room, dining room and kitchen are arranged for easy conversation and sight across the house. Accented walls throughout the home give it a special touch.
The welcoming and sunshine-filled living room provides you with comfortable leather seating with three(3) sofas, as well as a 65" Smart 4K Flat Screen TV. The television is connected to a soundbar and subwoofer, in order to give an enhanced audio experience. Access to the private pool area is one door away from the living room. You can enjoy every sunny day outdoors in your private pool with patio seating for six (6) and two (2) sun loungers.
The kitchen area has seating for six (6) people with additional seating for two (2) people at the breakfast bar. There is also an additional table for six (6) available next to the kitchen. The modern kitchen boasts beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.
In the game room, you will find a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.
There is no doubt you will love the spacious and well-maintained vacation villa.

Pool /Spa Heating is added as per request for $59 per day-needs to be full stay (recommended for September through April 48 hrs in advance).
The property uses a smart thermostat with a comfort range of 72–76°F.
Taxes are an additional 13.5%.

Overall the property was nice. The pool heat was intermittent but I realize keeping the heat in the pool can be difficult with lower overnight temps. The hosts were responsive, the unit was mostly clean on arrival, and bare minimum items were included. This could go from a 4 star stay to a 5 star stay with basic improvements (better toilet paper, nicer/more bath towels, a second roll of paper towels, etc). For the price we were overall satisfied.

House was as described in the advertisement which was great! We didn’t have this experience when we used another companies rental service over the summer and it was a horrible experience, thankful for the detailed description and photos. House was very clean and tidy. Super close to everything including the parks.

This isn’t our first stay at this property. We come to it because it’s always clean and comfortable. A great location that’s close to the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As a bonus, the pool backs up to woods, so you have extra privacy.Heat the hot tub, it’s worth it!
