The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

There were a few things. There was a shower door that came off the rollers. The floor hasn't been completely swept. Shower in master bath had little water pressure or hot water. Everyy other bathroom was good. But would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and having the space to accommodate all of us. We had 4 adults in total and loved the privacy of the pool with heat and the ability to cook breakfast and do a quick load of laundry. Windsor is a great location for all of the parks and visiting friends who live close by. We will be back again.

The residence is true to its name with luxurious amenities and exceptional customer service. As a long-time admirer of Windsor Hills, I have found this property to be my new preferred choice. Its spaciousness further enhances its appeal. The only issue was that the ice maker did not want to work.
