Our fully-furnished home offers an enclosed private pool with a spillover spa, an open and spacious floor plan, a fully-stocked kitchen, a family-friendly game room, and more!
The FIRST FLOOR boasts an open floor plan that leads from the front entrance to the back door, with a welcoming view of your private backyard oasis.
• The main LIVING AREA is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush seating and a ROKU TV for streaming your favorite movies.
• The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes all your favorite small appliances and a cozy eating area that leads out to the covered lanai.
• The elegant DINING ROOM includes a table that easily seats 8 and is located between the kitchen and living area, making it the perfect place for family meals or game night!
All BEDROOMS have private bathrooms, 40" ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. It's like having your own private retreat!

For our smaller guests we offer a high chair, booster seat, 2 strollers, and 2 pack-and-plays. Our house is conveniently located across from a playground with a large common area, perfect for a game of kickball! And just a short walk toward Teascone you'll discover another shaded playground to explore!
POOL/SPA HEAT: If you are coming to Orlando during our cooler months (Oct-Mar) and plan to use the pool or spa during your stay, we recommend adding the optional pool heat. The cost to heat the pool/spa is $35 per day, plus tax. (Please Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)

Great location. You can see the magic kingdom fireworks when you are in the far side of the pool! Had everything you needed tons of bowls and plates (plastic ones too!), extra containers for leftover, lots of pool towels. The pool was beautiful and we got the heating and it was perfect for cooler nights. We enjoyed all the seating outside around the pool. The house looked like it had brand new bedding and extra soft blankets on almost all the beds. Brand new washer was delivered the day of arrival and it worked beautifully. The floors needed a good scrubbing, I did let them know that and it seemed they were going to take care of that before the next guests. We enjoyed this house for our two week stay with 9 people.

The house was perfect for our family trip to Disney. We enjoyed the pool and spa at the house at well as the community pool. Communication with Darlene was great and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The location is great. It was our first time at Windsor Hills, and we really liked it. Disney is close but the traffic is heavy when leaving the resort. Darlene is a good communicator and check in and departure was very smooth. The washing/drying facilities were good. The beds and pillows are very comfy.Upon our arrival, 3 sets of bedding had unpleasant stains on them. We e mailed Darlene and these got changed the next day. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were covered in dirty stains. These were removed the following day but were not returned to us. We thought that the cleaning standards were not great. It needed a good spring clean. The drawers and cupboards were dirty. The rug in the living area was dirty and discoloured. There was no pantry or empty cupboard for storing food. We have stayed in several villas in florida, and all but this one had full size pantrys. There were not enough utensils, we ran out of spoons daily. 3 of the closets had no coathangers. Darlene did arrange to have some delivered, these arrived a few days later. One bedroom upstairs had no coathangers or drawers, so im not sure where previous guests stored their clothes. Some of the closets were broken and the doors were hanging off their tracks. During our stay a toilet broke and leaked toilet water all over the floor. The air conditioning also stopped working upstairs. One of the downstairs bedroom's light and A/C broke. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the villa overall.
