We had a great stay at the home and the Clubhouse pool was fantastic for the kids. We had an issue with the pool and Fred responded within minutes and saved the day. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the pool and resort facilities. The hot tub at the home is not a hot tub. It is a whirpool with luke warm water. But this was perfect for us after a warm day. Communication was great and our local resource was extremely responsive. Property was very close to restaurants and groceries.

Our group of 7 had plenty of room to spread out. The teens each had their own room. Travel to the parks was quick and easy. We were at the parks in a matter of minutes.

The house and location are great although getting into the property was a huge hassle. If different family members are arriving at different times make sure you have ALL of them written down to be drivers, even if they don’t have a rental car. The manager of our property did answer the phone each time I called and helped as much as he could. It’s a gated community with very strict rules. The house itself has plenty of space but the mattresses really need to be replaced. The kitchen pots and pans are all falling apart and the knives are so dull that it’s dangerous to try to cut anything. We made a lot of cold sandwiches instead of actually cooking. Also, make sure to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags if you’re staying more than 2 nights. We had 7 people for 8 days and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag in the kitchen. Even though we were at the parks most days, we still needed more of everything and they don’t provide it.
