One of the armrest on a chair that reclined was broken. We were on the third floor and on the entryway walkway, There is a main banister that you can physically shake.

Third floor location was amazing in the view was outstanding.

Excellent location right on the beach. Reasonably priced

- coffeemaker did not work - dirty shower curtain - no chairs on balcony - walk up the stairs to 3rd floor, but we knew that going in. Won’t be able to do that in a couple more years
