All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. This house has lots of space and was very comfortable. Bedrooms have a lot of king beds which is great for a large groul i think they should "warm it up" a bit with some rugs, a little updated furnishings. Felt a little sparse. Also, i am not use to maids not making beds before stay so that was a little surprising that we made up our own beds with the linens supplied.

We enjoyed our stay. I did not like the fact that we paid more because of me going through VRBO and it was listed by Surfside Reality too. Therefore, I paid $905.00 more than if I had gone straight through Surfside Reality. The first price I saw on the house was $905.00 less than what we had to pay. I was told that the additional fee was because I went through VRBO first. I did not understand that it worked that way. The table is nice but difficult to get in and out and cleaned off. It does seat 18 people though. It is nice having plenty of bathrooms. A gas grill would be a nice addition to grill out.

This house is huge and can accommodate multiple families very comfortably. The decor is bright and perfect for the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are huge, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is awesome for multiple families. The only negative is the cleanliness of the house, or lack thereof. The floors left our feet black and the cooking supplies were filthy. We had an infant who is crawling so the filthy floors didn’t work well, we ended up mopping the entire first level. Other than that, it was amazing!!
