Great location, right on the beach, near the pier. Nice pool.

Entire house was in excellent shape both mechanically and decorations. John communicated very rapidly to our questions about the rental. House is located 5-6 houses from the surfside pier and many eating and shopping establishments, also the town of Surfside hosts food and vegetable sales in the park that are worth the effort, also they held a free luau on the beach that our entire family enjoyed. Surfside offers many activities thruout the stay that your family will enjoyThe beach is the crown jewel of this rental - 50 steps on a private path to a beautiful well maintained beachfront. During our stay a turtle laid 120 eggs in the sand that will hatch in 30-60 days. A special crew moved these eggs overnight to a more secure and private location and will keep the public updated in the progress any movement back into the ocean

This home was exactly what our family of eleven was looking for. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beach access makes everyday on the beach easy with young children and grandparents. We spent hours in and around the pool cooling off after riding the surf and playing in the sand. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. We walked to restaurants, the pier, even a local gift shop. The bedrooms have plenty of storage making unpacking for the week very easy. They are carpeted and could be updated. It was nice to have twin beds and not bunks in the jack and jill room. The two king masters are beach facing and wonderful. The laundry area is located in a very accessible location upstairs with the bedrooms. A new home was being constructed across the street and it was interesting to watch how swiftly it was going up with a small crew of hard workers. The small deck on the front of the home provided an excellent observation area. They were a minor disturbance in the morning until we got used to the powerful nail sound. The home will be completed in no time. We would love to return to this property and all it has to offer for another perfect week at the beach in Surside, SC.

Really beautiful property. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and when traveling with multiple families it’s a wonderful accommodation. Set up perfect for in multiple people. Nice design and calming colors We had a wonderful time everything worked as designed Thank you for a great week Debbie
