'SUNSWEPT' OCEANFRONT PRIVATE POOL + BEACH WALK, SLEEPS 16, EXCEEDS EXPECTATION

I have stayed in several oceanfront homes along the coast and this home is one of the most beautiful and cleanest I’ve experienced. The private pool was maintained during our stay, awesome. I also love the way the linens were provided! Everything was spectacular from the home decor to the oceanfront views to the private pool. The beach was clean, not crowded, and a fantastic view from the walkway. I enjoyed the walkway bench everyday. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and utensils to prepare a meal inside or on the grills. John, the homeowner, was very responsive when contacted. The website information and detailed information provided by John is accurate and helped me plan our trip without surprises. I highly recommend this location for the ultimate oceanfront experience. We plan to stay again next year. Thanks John!

Great location.

Overall, our family had a good time. However, the owner was difficult to communicate with, the pool was dirty, house needs updating, and upkeep required from us on while vacation. When we asked questions, the owner/property manager would just direct us to the lease and emails instead of just answering our questions which lead to more emails. The pool was quite filthy, not clear, and full of sand upon arrive. The pool cleaner did come by but only cleared the sand. There was still garbage around the grill and pool area when we checked in. Keep in mind that you are required to make all of the beds yourself once you check in. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs are not provided so you must bring your own, rent, or purchase in the area. The location is top notch. Directly on the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to grocery stores. We would stay in the area again but not at this property.
