'SUNSWEPT' OCEANFRONT PRIVATE POOL + BEACH WALK, SLEEPS 16, EXCEEDS EXPECTATION

Full oceanfront. Excellent location. Great views from the deck, dining area, living room and 2 master suites.

House was great and spot on from all of the descriptions from the owner. We had our family join us for Thanksgiving which included six adults and three children, and the room layout was perfect with the Jack and Jill bathroom set up. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Rooms were spacious and the living room big enough for the 9 of us. The beach in front of the house is clean and feels very private. Walk to the pier and plenty of restaurants makes this an ideal location. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again.

The house was very spacious , loved being right on the beach. The owner “John” got back with us immediately when we needed to contact him. Dislikes- we didn’t like getting in so late and having to make our own beds and then pay for our own linens to rent . The pool was to be heated and it felt the same throughout the entire stay -no change. The pool guy came once and we had to make sure to shut off the water in the pool when he was filling it up because he left.

Overall, our family had a good time. However, the owner was difficult to communicate with, the pool was dirty, house needs updating, and upkeep required from us on while vacation. When we asked questions, the owner/property manager would just direct us to the lease and emails instead of just answering our questions which lead to more emails. The pool was quite filthy, not clear, and full of sand upon arrive. The pool cleaner did come by but only cleared the sand. There was still garbage around the grill and pool area when we checked in. Keep in mind that you are required to make all of the beds yourself once you check in. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs are not provided so you must bring your own, rent, or purchase in the area. The location is top notch. Directly on the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to grocery stores. We would stay in the area again but not at this property.
